Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Origin: All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from China.

Delivery Time: Standard international shipping takes approximately 15–30 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or holidays are beyond our control and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package has not arrived, please contact us at yanli19981@outlook.com within 40 business days of your dispatch date and we will investigate promptly.
