Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox without damage. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at [yanli19981@outlook.com] with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 1–3 business days.

Size Exchanges: If the size doesn't fit, we're happy to exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale or heavily discounted items
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items without original tags or damaged shoeboxes
