If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return policy.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Original condition
  • Original packaging included whenever applicable
  • All tags still attached

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized products
  • Products damaged through customer misuse
  • Items missing original packaging or tags

3. Return Authorization

Before sending any return, customers must contact our support team for return authorization.

Unauthorized returns may experience processing delays or be refused.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are generally issued within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Customers are normally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.


6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect shipment

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Order Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request promptly.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been prepared for shipment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.


8. Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused or returned because the customer failed to accept delivery or provide accurate shipping information, any applicable shipping or return fees may be deducted from the refund.
